How long does it take for my music to go live once paid for?

Most recent music we have distributed to iTunes has gone live within 24 hours, however it may take up to 2 days.
About 1 week for eMusic and IMVU.
About 24 hours for Amazon on Demand, Spotify and MediaNet.
About 4-8 weeks or less for all other stores.
Please note that the time frames given above are just averages - we cannot guarantee when each store will make your music live.

Is there a way to expedite my release?
Unfortunately, not at this time. The release dates are set by each store and WMA must abide by their policies.

When do I get my money?
When a fan buys your music, that sale and the money earned from it will not be reported by iTunes or the other stores until about 2 months later. For example, if your song sells in January that sale will be reported in March. Sales in Feb. will be posted in April, sales in March will be posted in May and so on. WMA reports sales every weeks.

How do I get my money?
To withdraw your money, made from the sale of your music, you can a. take out money via PayPal, EFT (electronic funds transfer to US (and US territority) banks only)
b. we can mail you a physical check.
c. provide us with a bank account number for transfer of your shoice

How will I know when my release is live?
To see if your music is live on a store, please go to that store and seach for your music by album title and/or artist name. You can now check to search for your music in iTunes after 7 days of submission to distribute your album.

What format must my music be in, in order to upload to WMA?
We have found mp3 files to be the most reliable and therefore recommend them first and foremost. Remember that they must be set at a 44.1 khz sample rate, 16 bit sample size and the channel set to stereo.

What format must my artwork be in, in order to upload to WMA?
What you need:

A JPG, JPEG, TIFF, PNG or GIF image file
The image must be a perfect square and 2400x2400 pixels
You may not include:
Email addresses, URLs, or any other contact information or any pricing information
No stickers or other items from your artwork in case you are scanning it in from a physical CD - please remove them. If you do not know how to get your artwork to this spec, or if you just dont have any artwork - not to worry, we have a team of design artists to help you create your own artwork for you in just days.
